"Socialist champions" / Who are the 10 most voted mayors and the 4
The Peçi and Edi Rama earthquakes

Within the massive victory of the socialists in these elections, some of the candidates have set electoral records.

The first is the mayor Veliaj, who in the race for the third mandate reached a difference of votes with almost 58 thousand votes more than Belind Kelliçi. This advantage is as much as the entire population of Gjirokastra.

The other record that will be remembered for a long time in the history of elections and politics is the 60 percent victory of Benet Beci in Shkodër, the municipality where the leftists had never won in 30 years.

Chief socialist Edi Rama has baptized the mayor of Tepelena, Tërmet Peçi, as the man of publicity victories. He did one such on May 14, ranking as the most voted socialist candidate with 82.67%.

This is the list of the 'Top 10' most voted socialist candidates, where the winner of the municipality Dropull Dhimitraq Toli is ranked second with 81.25%, followed by Adriatik Zotkaj in Poliçan and Alma Hoxha in Përmet.

In his first political contest Maringlen Disha with the victory of Librazhdi, 74.45% entered the list of the 'Top 10' of the most voted followed by Blerim Shera in Vorë and Andis Salla in Cërrik.

After leaving the diplomatic suit, Ermal Dredha in Vlorë also achieved victory with 70.55%, ranking eighth in the Top List of the most voted socialists.

Flamur Golemi in Gjirokastër and Fation Duro in Patos are also ranked in the top 10 most voted. Although it is considered the capital of the socialists, Armando Subashi could not be in the top 10 of the most voted candidates.

They barely won the mandates as mayors without reaching the quota of 50% of the votes, the four least voted of the socialist candidates are Klement Ndoni in Këlcyre, Safet Gjici in Kukës, Qerim Ismailaj in Mallakastër and Kreshnik Hajdari in Kuçovo.
