After the changes in the government that affected several ministries, moves are also announced in the diplomatic corps.

The changes have affected the Permanent Mission of Albania to the United Nations.

Sources for Top News inform that Erlis Hereni will serve as First Secretary at the UN mission.

It is known that the order was signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani, and the delivery of the credentials is expected.

In the past, Hereni has served as the general director of expropriations as well as the administrator of the public company Albanian Seaports Development Company, the entity that controls the shares of the Albanian state in the project for the Durres Marina. Also, Hereni has a career as a university lecturer.

It is not known if there will be other changes in Albanian diplomacy.
