The organization of the Greek minorities in Albania "Omonia" has reacted to the news about the announcement of a property on the coast of Lukova as a strategic investment for the construction of luxury hotels and villas by Turjan Hysko and Hekuran Brahimaj.

In a statement on social networks, Omonia says that this is Prime Minister Edi Rama's mafia plan to rob coastal properties and give them to his oligarchs.

Omonia calls on the residents to stand up against this decision.

FOR THE APPROVAL OF "INVESTMENT/STRATEGIC INVESTOR SPECIAL PROCEDURE" STATUS FOR THE INVESTMENT PROJECT "ATARA RESORT & VILAS" WITH APPLICANT SUBJECTS LUKOVA BAYSIDE HOTEL & SPA SHPK NUIS M11906023S AND TO27 CONSTRUCTION SHPK NUIS M32306003.

This is the decision by which Edi Rama donates 77,000 square meters of free state land on the coast of Lukova to Elio Hysko's brother, Chairman of FRESH in PS Turjan Hysko and former mayor of Vora Hekuran Brahimaj to build hotels and a large village there touristic.

Regardless of the fact that the "strategic thieves" as it is clear from the decision have not yet specified the plots where the tourist village will be built and they have not completed any negotiations with the indigenous owners of Lukovo, Rama, as is his custom, did it to the soldiers of his own party the next favor and the fact done with the properties that the certificate issues.

The distribution of public assets with priceless values, lands, beaches and the taking of property through factual decisions to the legal owners, are proof that the plan for the robbery of properties in Himare and the Coast is ongoing and what has happened in the last 2 years with Himare Municipality it was not a coincidence but a mafia conspiracy in favor of the party oligarchy that Rama is forming in Albania.

This decision is also proof that Rama will reward the demographic, religious and social cultural compactness of Himara with the aim of extorting the ancestral properties of the Lukoviots, Niviciots, Himariots, Borshiots with all kinds of schemes and stunts and giving them to the "Hekurans and Turjans" of the party. that they are being installed on the coast as ghost owners.
