Journalist Çim Peka clashed sharply with analyst Baton Haxhiu, after inviting the latter to his show, but he addressed him with strong language.
The reason was the statement of Baton Haxhiu, who told Belind Kelliçi on the "Opinion" show "to be careful". Haxhiu explained it by saying that he had not threatened him, but it was a slang language used by him.
However, Peka has lost her composure and turned harshly to Haxhi, saying "who are you threatening with SPAK?". He further told him "I don't shave at all from SPAK".
Haxhiu tried to leave the studio, but the situation was calmed down by the other guests.
Excerpts from the debate:
Peka: You told Belin to be careful!
Haxhiu: It is not a threatening language, it is the slang of Kosovo. He also ran in Tirana, and he may have made some mistakes along the way...Keep your word, be careful, it's not a threat. Be careful about what you do, about the relationship with SPAK and see that the last elections in Tirana, you may have made some mistakes along the way.
Peka: What you say are threats. Beware of SPAK, why should there be? I am speaking on behalf of Belindi. Nobody shaves for SPAK, nobody shaves! Who cares, you speak on behalf of... are you the spokesperson of SPAK?
Haxhiu: I don't allow this language anymore!
Peka: It's never too late for a man. Watch out for who? Are you Enver Hoxha's prosecutor? You are a journalist, you cannot say that. Are you serious about blackmailing SPAK?
Shkullaku: It's okay for me not to speak at all, if tomorrow I tell Rama's ministers to be protected by SPAK
Haxhiu: I am abusing the host of the show, I get up and leave. Don't be the protagonist of anything, there are people here who can analyze. I also tolerate provocation. But to pass into banality...
