Prime Minister Rama on Twitter: After a while to Skopje to start the two-day visit to the capitals of the Western Balkans. This morning, all 13 agreements of the meeting of the two governments signed by us were submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kosovo. With the countersignature of the Kosovar side, they enter into force immediately. I remain hopeful that after the removal of the concern expressed publicly by KM Kurti about citizens prevented from benefiting from the 13 agreements, we will also have confirmation of the meeting with Albini this afternoon.
