DP MP, Asllan Dogjani stayed at the Special Prosecutor's Office ( SPAK ) for about 2 hours, where he was asked about the property.

For the journalists, he said that SPAK is investigating his property, after a report was made by a builder who he called " occupier ".

" I am at the SPAK for a denunciation I made that I refused to remain silent regarding the robbery of public property in Tirana. It is a building built in 2006 and the builder, instead of legalizing the buildings, occupied a property and legalized it illegally. This occupier (builder Ilirjan Çela ) has also occupied our public gardens and uses them for private parking. As residents, we reported to SPAK. We have filed complaints. This land used to be land with an owner. Since we made these complaints, we also turned to the Cadastre. The cadastre itself made a decision to cancel the legalization. A public land cannot be alienated. I have communicated with the Minister of the Interior, the mayor, and Edi Rama himself. I asked him for help, I told him that public spaces were taken and parking lots were made. Minister Balla himself came and said that we will follow him. Now I found out that this scammer has a cousin, a member of parliament. Rama and Veliaj organize the trap and tell this usurper to report Asllan for the wealth. SPAK is investigating my house, for which I have been living there with my family for 20 years ," said Dogjani .
