The former chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, will gather his structures and supporters after the decision of the Court of Appeal that gave the seal of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha .

Lulzim Basha's meeting with his structures will take place at 17:00 to decide on the next steps he will take.

Meanwhile, the Court of Appeal, with a final decision, gave the seal and logo of the Democratic Party to Sali Berisha.

The judging panel overruled Enkelejd Alibeaj's appeal, upholding the decision of Judge Agron Zhukri, recognizing the decisions of the National Assembly of the Democratic Party of December 11, 2021.

The decision of the Appeal puts an end to the issue of the seal of the Democratic Party that has been wandering through the doors of the courts for 3 years.
