The former mayor of Bulqiza Lefter Alla and 8 other people were found guilty by the Special Court, on the charges of abuse of office, violation of equality in tenders and forgery.

Alla was sentenced to 3 years in prison, but due to the shortened trial, she will eventually serve 2 years of imprisonment.
