Gazment Bardhi 'impedes' Basha to become president, the National

The National Council of DP has decided to cancel the elections of July 29, 2023, considering the process anti-statutory and farcical.

Also, after the General Secretary's report, the National Council has ascertained and accepted the resignation of the Chairman of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha on March 21, 2022, and the resignation of the Vice Chairman of the Democratic Party Enkelejd Alibeaj on May 17, 2023.

Meanwhile, the evaluation of the resignations of the Vice-Presidents Agron Gjekmarkaj and Jorida Tabaku, who stand by their resignations, was postponed to another meeting, even though their resignations were not considered irrevocable by the Council.
