The independent candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, Florjan Binaj , has shared a message on social networks, through which he shares with his followers the traffic problem in Tirana.

Binaj referred to the problem of heavy traffic in Tirana.

He says that an average citizen loses 1 hour a day in traffic, time that they could spend with their parents or children.

" Every citizen of Tirana loses an average of 1 hour a day in traffic. In 1 month, they lose 1 day and 6 hours. In a year, they lose 15 days. If we regulate traffic in Tirana, we can spend those 15 days with our parents, our children or our friends ," writes Florjan Binaj on Facebook .
