The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has asked Lulzim Basha not to use the assets and symbols of the Democratic Party.

The request comes after the Court of Appeal gave the seal to the DP led by Sali Berisha .

Noka warns that if Basha continues to use them, a report will be made to the relevant bodies, SPAK and the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana .
