Gabriel Escobar, the State Department's Special Envoy for Southeast Europe, will pay a three-day visit to Tirana from April 11 to 13.

It is learned that Escobar will meet with President Bajram Begaj and Prime Minister Edi Rama the next day.

While on Wednesday at noon, he will hold a conversation with three representatives of the opposition Enkelejd Alibeajn, Gazment Bardhin and Jorida Tabakun.
