Ermal Dredha, ambassador of Albania in Dubai and Odise Moçka, the state attorney are two names that are being talked about in the corridors of the Socialist Party as candidates for mayor in the city of Vlora.

The officialization of the name is expected on March 25, when the Socialists will convene the Presidency. Until then, things may have cleared up even more and the fog of mystery that covers the name of Vlora has been cleared.

However, Dredha and Moçka themselves, two names rumored as possible candidates on May 14 for the Socialists, have not commented on these rumors.

But, they have confirmed them indirectly. Voxnews.al has provided documentation proving that the two potential candidates have transferred their civil status to the Municipality of Vlora and the transfer took place in the last few days.

Both Dredha and Moçka are currently residents of the Municipality of Vlora, while until a few days ago they were residents of the Municipality of Tirana.

The transfer of civil status also fulfills the criteria set by the Socialist Party for the candidate in the city of Vlora, where according to the descriptions made public by leaders of the district and the center of the socialists, the candidate must be residents of the municipality.

Both Moçka and Dredha, with the transfer of civil status to Vlora, today meet this criterion.
