Socialist MP Erion Braçe has criticized his government for forgetting the act on the cancellation of fines. The law was voted in December last year in the Assembly and would forgive fines for thousands of people penalized for illegal construction in villages and cities.
And while the law was published in the Official Gazette on December 30 and entered into force on January 15, the procedures for canceling fines have not yet been described. “I understand everyone’s comfort in the office, but the troublemakers are not comfortable,” Braçe emphasizes.
"There is no comfort with the troublemakers in front! Never! Do you remember the fines imposed in the city and in the countryside for roofs, porches, additions, internal and external repairs, work environments? Of course, THE TROUBLESHOOTERS - the fined ones, REMEMBER THEM! BUT THE GOVERNMENT, ITS INSTITUTIONS, REMEMBER THEM?! NOOOOOOO IT SEEMS TO ME! The law was voted in the Assembly in DECEMBER, IT WAS PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE ON DECEMBER 31, IT CAME INTO FORCE 15 DAYS LATER, ON JANUARY 15, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ITS ENTRY INTO FORCE THE ACT THAT DESCRIBED THE PROCEDURES FOR THE WRITING OF THE FINE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ISSUED! TODAY, FEBRUARY 5, 10 DAYS BEYOND THE LEGAL DEADLINE; Has the act been issued? NOOOOOOO! I understand everyone's comfort in the office, BUT THE NJK HALLEXHINJETS ARE COMFORTABLE! That's it! ", writes Braçe on social networks.
