KAS member Ledio Braho spoke from the " Farie Hoti" sports palace in Tirana where the recount process of the May 11 votes is being carried out.

Braho was asked by journalists about the request of Erion Braçe , who published on social networks a ballot with the Phallus symbol in the PS box, which was declared invalid.

Braçe requested that the vote be declared valid, Braho says that the SP should make a request that every vote with the male genital organ be declared valid and the KAS will come up with a decision.

"The PS, as it did a few days ago, could address the KAS and request that every vote with a male genital organ be declared valid and we will express our decision as we expressed in the first case."

He further rejected the opposition's accusations of vote-rigging.

"We must bear in mind that when this process began, it began with a complaint about vote trafficking. It is clear that we have not reached such figures. We are at low figures. Today, it is only about tails of crosses. Is the cross inside or outside the box. There are interpretations of individual votes and not massive vote trafficking. Now the counting process is not being dirty. Now attempts are being made in other ways to dirty the recount process.

I have quoted it another time, we have noticed that at the moment of throwing into the system, one line is confused with another line and an inverse is made. This for me is at best a human error. But it must be looked at on a case-by-case basis.”
