Former ambassador Agim Nesho has explained the "behind the scenes" of his article, which was published by Fox News, which harshly criticized Edi Rama and his government.
During an interview, Nesho stated that he was initially inspired by Çim Peka , as he was the first person to call Edi Rama, "Ramaduro", like Venezuela's Maduro, and after Çim Peka, the ambassador also used this designation in his famous writing.
Nesho said that he initially published the article on the Syri portal, but it did not receive the proper attention there, while now the whole of America has become aware of Edi Rama's regime and precisely this fact, along with the designation "Ramaduro", has "burned" the prime minister to the limit.
"I want to say that the inspiration for this article was precisely Çim Peka's definition, "Ramaduro", which is a definition given to Edi Rama for the form of a regime installed in Albania, which is nothing more than the Maduro regime in Venezuela. In this sense, I also wrote the same article in Syri, about three weeks ago, with some small differences. What has burned a lot, especially the regime, is the definition given to the great global leader", said Nesho.
The former ambassador suggested that his writing was read at the highest decision-making levels in the US. It is not yet clear, but perhaps even Donald Trump himself may have read this writing, parallel to the discussions that were taking place about bombing Iran and the problems in the Middle East.
"It is raising awareness among public opinion at all levels, up to the decision-making level of the US, about the real situation in Albania. This was what was valuable about the article," Nesho added.
