For several weeks, Prime Minister Edi Rama continues not to be present in the Assembly, as the opposition insists on having a debate with him regarding the "McGonigal" scandal.

Even in today's plenary session, the head of the government is not present, as the reason for his absence is still unknown, where it is thought that he wants to avoid confrontation with the opposition.

The opposition also requested the establishment of an Investigative Commission regarding the "McGonigal" scandal, but this request was rejected by the majority.

Despite the fact that 12 DP MPs are excluded from the session, again some of their colleagues who are in the Assembly have blocked the floor of the Assembly, creating tensions.
