US Secretary of State Antony Blinken
The American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, will visit Albania next week to reaffirm its ties with the USA.
The US State Department confirmed the news, announcing that Blinken will then attend a security conference in Germany to discuss support for Ukraine and efforts for peace in the Middle East.
In a statement on Friday, the department said Blinken will visit Albania, "a key partner for stability in the Western Balkans, and Germany from February 14 to February 17".
