Dashnor Sula lost the opportunity to run as a deputy in the May 11 parliamentary elections, although he received the most votes in the Democratic Party (DP) primaries in Elbasan.

On the "Zone Zero" show on Top News, Sula did not spare accusations against his Democratic colleagues, saying that they "blew Sali Berisha's ears" by creating a bad image for him.

Among them, Sula singled out Flamur Noka and Albana Vokshi. He said that one of the factors that has "penalized" him is the fact that he has positioned himself on the side of SPAK.

Excerpts from the interview with journalist Milaim Zeka:

Dashnor Sula: They had everything, I had nothing, and the citizens voted for me, they voted me out first. Endless registrations with the diaspora, 300 were requested, 610 for me. Uncorrupted, I have been in the opposition for three years, what more should there be? There are others, Jorida Tabaku, a model of the opposition, doctor Alimehmeti... Or the Elbasan list, it is the most unrepresentative list, three are from Elbasan, two are from Tirana.

Do you think Sali Berisha did this? There is a lot of talk about accusing Flamur Noka, they say he took it from us. Why is Flamur so powerful..?

Dashnor Sula: For the sake of truth, I don't believe it would be naive to say that Flamur Noka has the seal and signature, but Noka and Vokshi and others are blowing in his ear and creating his spirit. They have raised his spirit because I am a SPAK member, because I am friends with Adnan Xholi, with Dibra, with Dumani. In fact, I have worked with them, I have also had colleagues with them. I have told them, SPAK is without a doubt the truest opposition today. Because every accusation that the opposition has raised would have remained... Did the party arrest Veliaj? No, SPAK arrested him.
