The head of the Democratic parliamentary group and also the political leader of the DP for the Fier region, Gazment Bardhi, has reacted after the statement of Prime Minister Edi Rama, who a little while ago said that the DP and the opposition have no chance against the left in this region.
While presenting the candidates, Rama said that the SP aims for 10 candidates in Fier, but for Bardhi, the socialist leader's objectives are like his promises when he came to power.
"Edi Rama came for a walk in Fier today, where alongside Belinda he announced the objectives of the SP in Fier! Edi Rama's objectives are fixed like his promises when he came to power. Just like free healthcare, just like free legalizations, just like subsidies in agriculture, just like tax cuts or pension increases."
He accuses the prime minister of not giving any explanation to citizens as to why he placed at the top of the list for Fier a candidate suspected of abuses of millions of euros and who is officially under investigation by SPAK.
"During the several-hour visit, he forgot to explain to the citizens of Fier why he put in charge the man suspected of millions of euros of abuse, the man who is officially under investigation by SPAK for corruption and abuse of power, the man whose only weapon is arrogance. He forgot to explain why he sheltered in the list of SP candidates "Belinda's imported goods" Ceno Klosi or Klevis Jahaj, accused more than once of corruption and abuse of power in SPAK ," writes Bardhi.
Bardhi emphasized that Rama will receive the answer on May 11.
