In one of the criminal reports referred to SPAK for Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, it is requested to verify the frequent trips to England of Elona Guri, former candidate for deputy of the LSI.

In the report, for which SPAK has registered a criminal proceeding, Elona Guri is described as part of the trusted people of Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, involved in money laundering schemes of corruption, as well as the movement of money to England and companies offshore.

According to the material, Elona Guri does not justify her frequent trips to England with sources of income, where it is alleged in the report that she sent money to cover the education expenses of Meta's children. SPAK has launched investigations into this claim and a number of other accusations against Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, accompanied by documents.

"On the other hand, it turns out that according to the information received, certain individuals close to Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, who even during their careers have contradictory positions, have cleaned the money that was given to them in cash by the Meta-Kryemadhi couple and entered in their bank accounts to make transfers to offshore companies or other companies in the interest of LSI... Elona Guri is equally important in the money laundering schemes of the Meta-Kryemadhi family. It turns out to be part of the financing schemes of lobbying companies in the US and offshore. Elona Guri has covered the expenses of Ilir Meta's children during their schooling in the United Kingdom, traveling every week to England without having justified sources for the expenses incurred. It is enough to verify Elona Guri's trips outside of Albania and the fact that it is impossible to cover those expenses clearly emerges. It also remains a mystery why this person started her career as a babysitter for the children of the Meta family, then Ilir Meta's assistant, LSI donor, Ilir Meta's scheme financier, Ilir Meta's money mailer to England and recently a candidate for Member of Parliament in Durrës district", it is said in the predicate material. 

The essence of Meta's criminal case is that expenses worth about 1.2 million USD for lobbying in the USA, undeclared and unjustified money, have been confirmed with documents. This is a piece of evidence that is difficult for a prosecutor to overlook or to find an alibi for not taking the file to the Special Court. 

So far, it has been learned that SPAK has registered at least three criminal proceedings after several reports against Ilir Meta, two of which were made by former MP Halit Valteri. Perhaps this could be one of the reasons that Ilir Meta has lost his composure and is using unprecedented language in press conferences.

Unë i bie më të fortit e i këpus në mes, e Eroni Kolonjës t’i duket gjigant. Unë i bijë vetë, nuk e bëjë me porosi, me kënaqësinë më të madhe dhe në emër të popullit të Shqipërisë, sakrificave. Bastard, që kujton se mund ta kthejë Shqipërinë në laboratorë kavjesh”, tha Meta ditën e djeshme.

Grupi i Metës, në skenë Vasili për kontratat e lobimit 

Në dosjen e dytë penale që ish deputeti Halit Valteri ka referuar në SPAK, flitet për krijimin e një grupi me politikanë dhe biznesmenë nga Ilir Meta dhe Monika Kryemadhi, në funksion të zbatimit të një skeme korrupsioni, pastrim parash dhe fshehje pasurie. Sipas kallëzimit penal, grupi kryesohet nga Ilir Meta dhe Monika Kryemadhi, ndërsa pjesë e tij janë Petrit Vasili, Edmond Panariti, Elona Guri, Muharrem Berisha, Iris Zajmi, Elena Gace, Jori Prifti dhe Agron Xhafa.

Në kallëzimin penal thuhet se deputeti Petrit Vasili, si përfaqësues i LSI-së, ka firmosur një nga kontratat e lobimit me kompaninë Global Security and Innovative Strategies, në 3 shkurt 2016, ku janë paguar 123 mijë USD, për t’i mundësuar takime me anëtarë të Kongresit në SHBA, takime me zyrtarë të Departamentit të Drejtësisë dhe të Departamentit të Shtetit.

Ky shpenzim nuk është deklaruar as nga LSI-ja në KQZ dhe as nga Ilir Meta, Monika Kryemadhi dhe Petrit Vasili në ILDKPKI. Sipas kallëzuesit jemi para veprave penale të pastrimit të parave, fshehjes së pasurisë, korrupsionit dhe falsifikimit.

Bashkangjitur kallëzimit penal janë kontrata e lobimit, raporti financiar i LSI në vitin 2016 si dhe deklaratat e pasurisë së Metës, Kryemadhit dhe Vasilit për vitin 2016. Ballafaqimi i këtyre dokumenteve komprometon rëndë pikësëpari Petrit Vasilin, i cili rrezikon që të merret i pandehur nga SPAK.

Godina e LSI-së 

Në dosje ngrihen dyshime të forta sa i takon pronësisë së godinës së LSI-së në ish-Bllok, pasuri për të cilën në kallëzim thuhet se Ilir Meta e ka fshehur në emrin e një biznesmeni të besuar, si Muharrem Berisha. Muharrem Berisha konsiderohet në kallëzim si pronar fiktiv i godinës së LSI-në si dhe aksioner në një kompani që prodhon mermer në Berat, për të cilën flitet se pronar i vërtet është Ilir Meta. Në kallëzim referohet si fakt që, Muharrem Berisha, i cili paraqitet në letra si biznesmen i fuqishëm, është punësuar pranë Ministrisë së Mjedisit si Inspektor Pyjesh, duke ngritur dyshime se Muharrem Berisha mund të jetë një nga maskat e Metës për të mbuluar pasuritë.

Drini Kryemadhi 

Report Tv sjell publikoi disa ditë më parë fakte që ngrenë dyshime serioze për një skemë korrupsioni dhe pastrimi parash nga Ilir Meta dhe Monika Kryemadhi, duke përfshirë vëllanë e Monikës, Drini Kryemadhi, mamanë e tij Fatime Kryemadhi, vjehrrin e Drinit (Nuri Peti), kompaninë e ndërtimit Tirana DKK me nipt: J61902088N si dhe kompaninë e kolaudimit të makinave SGS, e favorizuar nga Meta kur ishte në pushtet.

Drini Kryemadhi and his mother Fatima Kryemadhi, who is said to have sold onions in the Student City, financed LSI and Monika Kryemadhi.
