After the speech of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha from the floor of the Assembly, where he made serious accusations against the government and its ministers, a not at all graceful answer came from the head of the socialist parliamentary group, Taulant Balla.
The latter stated: "To keep his mouth shut because I know what he deserves, he told the thieves to this part. You, Sali, will always continue to eat this part, because it comes to the side," said Balla.
After these words, there was an immediate reaction from the democratic deputy Flamur Noka, who asked the Speaker Lindita Nikolla to exclude Taulant Balla, because according to him, he used the language of a street brawler.
"Take measures to exclude him! Take measures, chairman. Take measures, it is not a question. It is a word that cannot be used jargon, intervene and take measures, to be immediately excluded as ordinary alabak, for the language used. I understand that you can you are used to, but this is unacceptable", said Noka.
But, in the subsequent reaction, Balla said that he did not mean it in the sense that the opposition MPs took it.
"Those who think of that word, they have a problem with themselves, they have mental problems. What I wanted to say is that Sali Berisha, the Socialist Party, will continue to do what he has received as an answer in these 10 years ." - said Balla.
However, Lindita Nikolla did not take any measures against Balla and told the opposition MPs that if they have complaints they can address them to the Ethics Commission.
