Prime Minister Edi Rama, at his end-of-year conference with journalists, also focused on technology, which according to him is a powerful weapon to deepen processes.
According to Prime Minister Edi Rama, the EU integration process in terms of legislation and public procurement will be done with artificial intelligence.
Likewise, the head of government, Edi Rama, said that 'the objective set by the Government for the average salary was 900 euros, but it has been exceeded at 968 euros'.
"Currently, we are in a situation where, with Artificial Intelligence, we are working to transfer the entire EU legal body to the Albanian legal body, which means carrying out the entire integration process in the legislative aspect, for which other countries do 90% of the time with artificial intelligence. We are in the phase of modeling procurement with artificial intelligence. We will also be avant-garde for this. To establish technology as a weapon to improve deeper processes than the provision of services that we have now done. The first step we took with the creation of a new procurement institution of an operator that makes procurements for all ministries and central institutions, because the news did not come out as it should have. Tenders are not made in the ministry and the operator that was created this year and that has been put into operation will take the volume of procurements and we will get rid of all the games they play. "Because it will no longer be objectively possible to tear people apart to wave papers that for many are in Arabic, not Albanian, in terms of procedures ," Rama said.
Rama, emphasizing the digitalization of the Cadastre: "Albania's tumor has been endemic corruption at every step for everything, every document. Today the panorama is different. There is only one last stone left in this mosaic to close the Ottoman period of citizen transactions with the state, which is the completion of the project of introducing the cadastre into this technology system. We have committed special funds, because it is a complex job and requires many people to be available," said Rama.
