Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted after the collapse of the Librazhd-Prrenjas road , which has been blocked since Saturday, and to the news that he will travel to Korça by helicopter today.

In a post on " X ", Rama states that his helicopter trip to Korça was planned long ago, as, as he says, he will accompany a flurry of investors, even to Vlora.

"From Korça to Vlora, to accompany a group of investors with international prestige in the field of higher education, and to introduce them to the spaces of the Knowledge Pole in Korça and the new complex in Vlora, as two destinations with the potential to host well-known international universities! They come from Rinas to Korça and then to Vlora with their helicopter, while we will use the Armed Forces helicopter, which with or without us, performs its necessary flight hours every month, and in this case it also serves a good purpose", says Rama.

Regarding the collapse of the road, which has been blocked since February 21, Rama says that landslides also occur in Italy, attributing the damage to this axis to geological landslides.

Rama's reaction:

As for the blocked axis these days, it takes great evil, deep despair, and grave ignorance to blame the government for the problem of a geological landslide of the natural massif on the side of the old road, which has also impacted the new axis, but which has zero connection to any professional or technical responsibility of the designers, implementers, or relevant authorities!

In Italy, a giant landslide is sliding down these days that risks taking an entire inhabited town with it, but there is no channel or even a portal in that country - no political party or anything - to address the natural disaster with the hysteria here, where this noise has become an evil tradition.

As for my flight over the blocked axis, I also have these two words:

First, I have traveled around Albania more than all the other prime ministers combined, since the creation of the Albanian state, and I have touched this country in every corner, not as a tourist, but as the elected chief servant of the Albanians, whom I value more than any political or media figurehead and who know me better than any of them, which is why they have voted for me more and more massively, regularly ignoring the media's tricks and political tricks!

Second, with freewheel or with locked axle, this helicopter flight was planned long ago, precisely because the group that is coming will see Korça, Vlora, and tomorrow Tirana in just 24 hours of stay in Albania.

But in the end, whatever I say, the pots will say what they have to say and in the end, the caravan will move forward, the dogs will continue to bark, the works will be the only ones that will remain.
