The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, continued today, August 7, with his denunciations of the May 11 elections, which he considers an "electoral farce".

Berisha said that the government used half a billion euros for activities to influence citizens.

Referring to the OSCE-ODIHR report, Berisha said that 4,500 national and international activities have been organized during this period.

"So in addition to these, the country's municipalities have spent a total of 57 million euros for electoral purposes, of which about 14 million is pocket money, so to speak, concentrated purchases. 32 million are from different municipalities and the Albanian Fund for Robbery or Plunder, or Development as it is called, has used 10 million euros for electoral purposes ," said Berisha.

He accused the head of the Special Prosecution Office of being "the second most responsible person."

"14.5 million euros whose use is prohibited by law and these are only legitimized by Altin Troplini, who commits public deception by saying we have no evidence and facts ," said Berisha.

He then listed all the municipality's tenders that, according to Berisha, did not respect the law.
