Opposition leader Sali Berisha said today at the next media conference at the DP headquarters that Edi Rama is using Belinda Balluku as a shield to protect himself, refusing to lift her immunity for corruption cases.

He denounced new scandals such as the construction of an "offshore Dubai" in Durrës by crime cartels and the prime minister himself, the awarding of the construction of Porto Romano to a Russian construction contractor, the AKSHI scandals for the theft of Albanian data and the control of citizens with Ergys Agas.

But above all, Berisha said that Rama must resign, because otherwise he will end up like the cult of Enver Hoxha.

"Edi Rama, with his signature, has decided to build his own Dubai in Durrës of 1 thousand and 1 nights, offshore, 4 billion euros, which he will build with the money of drugs, Armand Josifi, the Troplins and others. Rama is implicated head to toe in the construction of the new port in Porto Romano by a Russian company. Look at what is happening, on the one hand he went to NATO headquarters and asked them to support the project, on the other hand he contacted a Russian contractor for the construction. I confirm that there will be a parliamentary investigation into this issue," said the head of the blue headquarters.

Berisha accused Rama that in Balluk's file, over half of the messages that SPAK has analyzed belong to him.

"In the Balluku file, out of 6700 messages, 3500 are Rama's. Balluku is simply his servant, it's better for her. But the most terrible, the most unprecedented file is AKSHI, with which Rama looted through the baxhanak with hundreds of secret tenders in violation of the law, hundreds and hundreds of millions of euros. Rama is hopeless and Albanians will not accept him," said Berisha.

The leader of the Democratic Party also described the incinerator scandal as a black monument of corruption, with tin sheets and no bricks, while making an analogy to the case of Mayor Erion Veliaj.
