Sali Berisha, in a second media conference this evening, called the result in the Municipality of Kamza a "monstrous digital manipulation", where the socialist candidate, Rakip Suli, was declared the winner.

"Reliable data proves that Kamza is monstrous digital manipulation. Monstrous. PD, in 2021 there were 10 thousand votes before SP. In the poll of the most accurate pollster of the last 13 years, done at the end of February, the DP with the Freedom Party were 14 percent ahead of the SP, while the digital manipulation brings out today, the SP 10 thousand votes ahead of this coalition. This is therefore absolutely a totally digitally cooked result and is most strongly rejected. I add here that Kamza has been added by the government without anyone's approval and contrary to the requirements to vote digitally. Once again I say that the result of Kamza after they were confronted, electoral records were compared and the polls are completely manipulated", said Berisha.

In the end, the chief democrat said that the digital problem is in full discussion and doubt.

"I mean, when I talk about Kamza, then the digital problem is totally under discussion and complete doubt. Kamza factors everything, factors everything. We have had data, but we cannot prejudge. We have other indications in which the system is placed on double checks, but these are to be verified. What is real is that in 2021, the DP was 10 thousand votes ahead of the SP and in the February 27 poll, that is, on the eve of the campaign it was with its ally, it was 14 points ahead of the SP. This result is completely rigged and shameful. It shows an unimaginable electoral manipulation", said Berisha.

We remind you that in Kamza, as in Vorë and Elbasan, voting and counting was done electronically. Socialist candidates were declared the winners in all three municipalities.
