The head of the Democratic Party,  Sali Berisha,  has stated that the 8 billion euro budget foreseen for 2025 "will be the biggest theft of citizens by their central and local narco-governments in the entire history of the country".

Berisha stated that the budget will be used massively for road paving and not roads.

"The construction of roads has stopped and has been replaced by the construction of lokmas, or as Rama and Lubia like their tears. It will be dedicated mainly to these for the sole fact that a kilometer of road on the same land in Albania is built at 10 times the price, with which it is built in Croatia" , he said at the press conference.

Sali Berisha: I am in front of you today to publicly denounce the 2025 budget, announced as the biggest budget of all time of 8 billion euros, but after being familiar with its structure, I inform the Albanian citizens that this will be the most stolen budget of citizens by their central and local narco-governments throughout the country's history.

In this budget of 8 billion euros, which de facto makes it possible to double all salaries and pensions in Albania, but let's say with a spare hand the increase of 50% of them without any difficulty, it is not this, but a terrible theft that is foreseen of these many billion euros of Albanian citizens.

According to the structure defined by the narco-government, the budget will be used massively for road paving and not roads.

Which means that in Albania at least 90% of the investment is stolen, even more.

The budget of 8 billion euros marks the next disaster for Albanians as this budget in all public works other than roads, schools, nurseries and health centers, foresees a cost 6-10 times higher than the EU average. A theft of 70-94% of all investments made in these facilities is predicted.
