Prime Minister Edi Rama regularly makes headlines in local and international media for his bold outfits at high-level meetings and especially for sports athletes.

But today, during Hunagria's visit to Budapest, where he met with his counterpart Viktor Orban, Rama appeared in serious black shoes. And at the end of the joint press release, Rama chose to close his speech with a shoe-in-one bait.

"It's a pleasure to be here, I'm sorry I'm not with the shoes that protocol requires, but I'm wearing some boring, just black shoes," he said.
