The General Secretary of the Socialist Party, Blendi Klosi, reacted to the decisions given today by SPAK for Ilir Beqaj, former Minister of Health.

Invited to the show "This Week" on News24, Klosi said that the Socialist Party does not become anyone's shield, but he said that he believes in his colleague Beqaj.

" I would very much like to accept what Beqaj said, that aware of the situation with justice, he resigns from his post.

Blendi Klosi also made a comparison with the case of former prime minister Sali Berisha, who is of the same size as Beqaj.

"In the decisions of the judiciary, we will not judge, we will not take sides. The difference is very big. In the event that a representative of the left takes the same measure as Berisha and accepts that he is ready to give up his functions and be investigated and accepts the logic of the judiciary, of course he will have his lawyers, while on the other side Berisha refuses to be confronted with justice and this is the big difference" , said Klosi.
