The Constitutional Court has set the date of March 19 for the court session for Fredi Beleri, who seeks the annulment as unconstitutional of the decision of the Supreme Court that did not give him permission to be sworn in as the elected mayor of Himara.

Also, Beleri demands the annulment of the two decisions of the Special Courts against Organized Crime and Corruption, dated June 1 and May 22.

The publication of the decision by the Constitutional Court comes a few days after SPAK announced the claim for Beler, demanding his sentence of two years and six months of imprisonment, while for Pandeli Kokaveshi, two years of prison were requested, which, according to SPAK's suggestion, should be converted into four years of probation.

While his lawyers at the same time appealed to the Constitutional Court to speed up the process, which the meeting of constitutional judges announced that it passed the plenary session.
