The head of DUI Ali Ahmeri in an exclusive interview with Top News journalist Xhoi Malësia spoke mainly about the political situation in North Macedonia.

Ahmeti told "Breaking" that he does not rule out a coalition with the far-right party VMRO-DPMNE, whose candidate Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova received over 40% of the votes in the first round of the April 24 presidential elections.

" We have co-governed with VMRO for almost 11 years, and it makes me think that these are more political than realistic statements. So it remains on May 8 to see how the parties will come out in that election process ", said Ahmeti to Top News.

In the second round of the presidential elections that take place on May 8, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova of VMRO-DPMNE will face the candidate who came second on April 24, Stevo Pendarovski from SDSM.

In these elections, the Albanian parties competed with two candidates, with Bujar Osman of DUI and Arben Taravar of the Alliance for Albanians, who received 13.36% and 9.21% respectively.
