Sali Berisha declared today that he will negotiate with Gazment Bardhin for the merger of the DP parliamentary group. 

In a press conference, Berisha rejected any possibility of cooperation with Basha and Alibeaj, calling them "hostages of Rama" who, according to him, have taken themselves out.
