Chief Prosecutor Olsian Çela reported today to the 19th Of The Comptes office.

After the report, MPs asked key questions, among which was the question of the leader of the DP parliamentary group Gazment Bardhi regarding the Xibraka file.

Bardhi addressed him by telling him that he himself as a prosecutor of this dossier left without investigating the heads of what the head of the parliamentary group called a structured criminal group.

"We have left without investigating what are known as the heads of this criminal group. In your instructions, this standard of investigation is recommended to your subordinators in the district prosecution. And second, should the deceive be investigated, do you recommend it to your subordinates?" asked Bardhi.

It is in my duty as attorney general and your duty as deputy to adhere to the constitutional and legal framework that ensures the handling of this report in the interest of the citizens", replied Chief Prosecutor Çela.
