Bardhi: The Prime Minister denies the reality of crime and corruption, avoids

The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama's statement, made earlier during the SP Assembly in Unit No. 12 in Tirana, where the latter mocked the opposition for accusations of increasing corruption during the 13 years of government.

In a reaction on social media, Bardhi shared a video with Rama's statements and accused him of denying the reality of crime and corruption, adding that such an approach only further deepens this phenomenon.

According to Bardhi, through this stance, the prime minister is trying to avoid responsibility, influence and intimidate justice, as well as delay the resolution of problems related to corruption.

"DENIAL THAT COSTS! Time has proven that the more Edi Rama denies a problem, the deeper he is immersed in it and the more he drags himself to defend it. But the point is that, along with him, the Albanians also drag themselves.

"By denying the reality of crime and corruption, as he is doing today, Edi Rama avoids responsibility, discourages and intimidates justice, deepens the crisis and delays the solution, turning every denial into lost time for Albania," writes Bardhi.
