Democratic MP Gazment Bardhi has reacted after the recent developments in SPAK, the suspension of Belinda Balluku's duties and her meeting with Edi Rama.
In a post on social media, Bardhi refutes the claims spread in the media that the Albanian Government is in the hands of the Special Court, or what some have called the "Republic of Prosecutors".
According to Bardhi, this is Rama's attempted coup. He says that Rama's government is commanded by organized crime and not by the SPAK Court, which has not suspended Balluku as an MP, because this is illegal.
Bardhi's reaction:
Edi Rama is preparing a coup!
For his part, he has long since dismantled every rule and standard of the democratic functioning of the state, starting from the constitutional foundation of the Republic "government is based on free and fair elections"!
The theory that the Court and SPAK are determining governance is made precisely by those who have never worried for a single day about the fact that governance is determined by organized crime! So, the Constitution and the law that recognizes this authority of the Court and SPAK are wrong, while Edi Rama's system that governance is dictated by organized crime and corruption is right. What shame and misery!
Belinda Balluku has not been suspended from her position as a member of parliament. This is prohibited by law! The court and SPAK have respected this prohibition. Meanwhile, the “suspension to exercise public functions” in the executive branch is the purpose for which this prohibitive measure exists in law, in conditions when the decision-making for dismissal has been entrusted to an irresponsible person (such as Edi Rama) or an accomplice in corruption with the defendant (such as Edi Rama)!
Misery in logic cannot save either today's defendant Belinda Balluku or the defendant close in time Edi Rama! Their swift end has been written by the corrupt system of governance they themselves have built.
