"Balluku has sex with the light off", the irony of the former deputy:
Balluku and Ndocaj

The former MP Eduart Ndocaj has reacted to the advice of the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, where she asks citizens to save electricity by not leaving the fridge on or the refrigerator door open.

Through a video published on social networks, Ndocaj says with irony that Balluku has sex with the light off and goes to the toilet with the light off.

He further adds that Balluku does not waste electricity to charge her phone, as she charges it in the car or in hotels, as she further adds that she does not even open the refrigerator door because she eats in restaurants and resorts.

"Do you know that every time Minister Balluku goes to the bathroom, she goes to the bathroom with the light off? Do you know, friends, that every time Minister Balluku has sex, she does it with the light off and it has happened to her several times? But, she has done only to save money, not as you think, because you always think about the bad. Do you know why Minister Balluku does not charge her phone with current? Because she sits all day in the car or in hotels and charges it up and down. Do you know why Minister Balluku never opens the refrigerator? Because she goes to restaurants and resorts and does not consume a single gram of food from the refrigerator. So, Minister Balluku is the most frugal." says Ndocaj.
