Taulant Balla

The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla , has stated that the majority does not recognize Sali Berisha 's party as representing the protesters and will not accept it presenting requests on their behalf in the Assembly.

At the conclusion of the Conference of Speakers meeting, Balla said that once the protesters officially submit their written requests to the Assembly, they will receive a response.

Balla: We do not recognize Berisha's party, I do not accept it as a representative of the protesters' demands. As soon as the protesters' written demands arrive at the parliament, we will respond. The way the demand was formulated was that Berisha's party came to the parliament to demand one, two, three, four, five on behalf of the protesters. I am serious in assessing the demands, I am serious about those who are in the square. The first point was the overthrow of the government. I told him that you have undertaken to bring to the parliament the protesters' demand to demand the resignation of the government. Collect 28 signatures, bring the request for a no-confidence motion and according to the constitution, they must also bring the candidate for prime minister. I said, can you bring Saliu as a candidate?
