Berisha's lawyers request to SPAK: To be allowed to participate in the Assembly

The lawyers of the former prime minister Sali Berisha have addressed a request to SPAK prosecutors, to allow him to participate in the plenary sessions of the assembly.

They argue that this is a constitutional right and obligation to fulfill the duty as a legislator.

The request was made yesterday, Monday, January 15, while it remains in the decision-making of prosecutors Arben Kraja and Enkeleida Millonai to accept or not the request.
