Strong accusations: What did Berisha say about the EU ambassador in Tirana,

Sali Berisha today savagely attacked the EU ambassador to Tirana, Silvio Gonzato.

"No matter what we do, the EU ambassador in Tirana, in Brussels, behaves absolutely as if he were Rama's ambassador in Brussels.

Expressing my deepest regret, I call on member states to be informed directly by their representations, and for the parliaments of member states to send fact-finding missions.

"Declaring the AKSHI a cultural problem in Brussels, as Mr. Gonzato has done, is the worst service you do to Albanians and I tell that gentleman that hostage-taking is not the culture of Albanians," Berisha declared.
