The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stressed that Prime Minister Edi Rama has also rejected international calls for the Belinda Balluku case, because he seeks to protect himself and his relatives for their affairs.
At the Presidency meeting, the chief democrat emphasized that the head of government has chosen as a "way out" the open rejection of EU integration.
For Berisha, Rama's proposal, together with the Serbian president, for integration without the right of veto, is an act of national betrayal because, according to him, they simply seek trade integration with the European Union.
He mentioned Serbia's political problems with the EU, describing it as a small Russia in the Balkans, which according to him have nothing to do with Albania, and therefore such a common idea cannot be reached.
Berisha: Edi Rama, despite the warnings he received, decided that before the integration process to choose his legal shield for the thefts he has committed, that neither he nor his close family circle should be surrendered to the law. But one thing is still clear that this whole big clash with the opposition, with international partners, is done only for Rama and his close family circle. So every Albanian pays for the thefts of Rama, the people he stole with, his Linda and the baxhanak etc.
As a way out, he has chosen to openly trample on the interests of every Albanian, integration based on merit, and the request he made with Vučić for a trade integration, a trade agreement with the EU, but not a political package. Simply a partnership in trade. By pairing Albania with Serbia, Edi Rama committed one of the most savagely hostile acts against Albanians. Whatever Albania's problems are, there is no major problem on the strategic, geostrategic and political level with the EU. That Serbia has.
Serbia, not from Albania, but from its attitudes and history, is considered the little Russia in the Balkans. The Russians made every effort to make TAP fail, and not pass through Albania because they knew that their gas could not pass. Serbia has major political problems to solve at the root with its neighbors, with Kosovo and Bosnia .
