The DP MP, Ervin Salianji, brought to attention a statement by the Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, who stated in the Commission that "the Sazan base cannot be privatized".

Meanwhile, Salianji paraphrases Prime Minister Rama who has declared that 'Sazani is not a protected area'.

Salianji states that these are two different positions, while asking the question: "Is this national asset being handed over without transparency, without competition and contrary to the government's commitments, only for the interests of power?"
