The former Minister of the Interior , Lulzim Basha,  has stated that there has not yet been an invitation from SPAK to be questioned in connection with the "January 21" file.

Basha emphasized that he is available to SPAK, stressing that the era of parliamentary immunity must end.

Do you have an invitation to be asked by SPAK?

Basha: Not until this moment, but I am available to SPAK. The era of parliamentary immunity must end.

We also put before the Parliament the proposal to remove the immunity of the MPs. It is kept locked in the drawer.

Removing the parliamentary immunity means removing the possibility for people like Arben Ahmetaj to escape.

Are you afraid that you might be affected by the investigations?

Basha:  Those who have violated the law are afraid.
