The Administrative Court has today made the decision regarding the appeal of the deputies of the Democratic Party, on the punishments from the Council of Ethics, which range from 40 to 60 days.

The administration abolished the disciplinary measures, while the decision was given with temporary execution, so it is applied immediately.

It is learned that for MPs Gazment Bardhi, Flamur Noka and Bledion Nallbati, a partial repeal has been decided, leaving the exclusion in force for only 10 days, that is, from October 3 to 13; while for the other MPs, the exemption for 5 days from October 3 to October 8 was left in effect.
