The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has denounced Minister Belinda Balluku, saying that a building worth 8 million euros was built with her signature, a building that, according to him, was built by a private individual for 3 million euros.

More specifically, Bardhi says that the construction of the Zadeja dam by the state cost a full 8.2 million euros. While a similar work with even higher parameters was built by the private sector for 3.7 million euros.

"Albania has the highest electricity price in the Region, because citizens' money is abused/stolen in the most scandalous way possible. Only with the signature of Belinda Balluku can it happen that a project, which, when built by the state, by KESH, costs 8 million euros and when built by the private sector costs 3 million euros! What more needs to happen to be held accountable before the law for an abuse?!", writes Bardhi on Facebook.
