Hundreds of communications from Belinda Balluku's subordinates or associates, phone calls during the years 2018-2025, have been used by the Special Prosecution Office to prove the former Deputy Prime Minister's actual ownership of the two-story Begonia-type villa in "White Rocks" in Dhërmi.
The 103m2 villa, surrounded by a plot of land of no less than 300 m2, which SPAK says is currently worth 720 thousand euros, was used by Balluku from June 2019 until at least February-March 2026, a period when SPAK located Balluku's phone in this area, before the villa was seized by court decision just 3 months later.
In the document with dozens of pages of evidence that, according to the Special Prosecution Office, prove beyond any doubt that the Villa in the "White Rocks" tourist complex, which is formally in the name of the famous former footballer Igli Tare, in fact belongs to the former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.
Communications from former subordinates, Balluk's driver, cleaning staff at her home in Tirana, administrators of the complex, and family members of the latter all referred to building 'f6' as "the boss's villa."
Meanwhile, on the other hand, the furnishings and investments were made according to Balluk's preferences, while photos and other evidence were found in the building that prove that the former Deputy Prime Minister used it continuously, at least for several months every year for years, according to Balluk's cell phone numbers.
A message sent on the morning of July 17, 2021 by the husband of the Balluk sanitation worker to her apartment in Tirana shows, according to SPAK, a photograph showing a red box containing bundles of 50-euro banknotes tied with a rubber band.

The Special Prosecution Office writes in the document that the red box is "apparently in the premises of villa F6, in the White Rocks complex."
So this red box filled with euros, according to SPAK, is in Balluk's villa in Dhërmi.
The husband of the Balluk sanitation worker, Lavdrim Smone, along with his wife and daughter, according to all communications, move from time to time to the Dhërmi villa to do the cleaning. The former deputy prime minister's personal driver often sent them there./ Shqiptarja
