Julian Shabani, Shpat Kasapi's friend, has recounted the difficult moment when he learned of the passing of the beloved singer to the Albanian public, who passed away prematurely at the age of 40.

"My brother told me I'm a little cold. I have the flu. I said are you done with the boy, yes. Okay, he said let's go to bed, we'll talk later. I picked him up at ten o'clock and he didn't open it. Then his friend picked him up and told him to take his bride. At the moment we're on our way to Italy, we're in Croatia but we stopped. If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I can't believe it. He grew up an orphan and left his son an orphan," said Shabani.

While his childhood friend, Vedat Sulejmani, said that Shpat Kasapi has never shown any health problems before.

"There were no health problems. We had some checkups two or three months ago, and the slope was very good," he said on the "Breaking" show on Top News with journalist Dafina Hysa.
