Apple on Tuesday introduced the iPhone 17 Pro, which it describes as “the most advanced iPhone ever.” And with the new hardware that supports it, that statement is no exaggeration.

At the heart of the technological revolution is the new vapor chamber thermal management system, which guarantees stable performance in any situation. Power comes from the new A19 Pro chip, which offers a 40% improvement in performance compared to the 16 Pro.

In terms of durability, the iPhone 17 continues the tradition with Ceramic Shield 2, which covers the front and back, while the titanium frame gives it a premium feel and maximum resistance.

But what will catch the attention of many users are the incredible improvements in the camera: for the first time, all three rear cameras come with a 48MP sensor!

The telephoto lens has been updated with a larger sensor, while the central front camera captures selfie photos and videos with 18MP resolution, bringing images and videos with the best quality.

The Pro model will come in eye-catching new colors, cosmic orange and deep blue, however, some of the early comments on social media have been critical of the camera design and bold color choices.

One practical feature that Apple highlights is the eSIM-only model, which promises better battery life, giving users more freedom and flexibility.

In another step towards simplicity, all iPhone 17 models start with a capacity of 256GB, a welcome change for those who want more space without having to opt for the most expensive version.

Prices start at $799 for the base iPhone 17, $999 for the 17 Air, $1,099 for the 17 Pro, and $1,199 for the Pro Max, which also brings the new 2TB storage option. For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, the iPhone 16e drops to $599.

All models will be available for pre-order this Friday, and will arrive in stores on September 19.
