If his heart hadn't stopped beating that morning of November 26, Shpat Kasapi would be celebrating his 41st birthday today.

And on this day, when his absence is felt even more strongly by friends and family, his wife, Selvije Jaho, has shared a very touching video.

Through her words, she expresses the great pain she carries in her soul, as five months have already passed without him. On a day that was once marked with smiles and celebration, this time the one who was the center of everything is missing. She sadly confesses the inability to be together, to blow out the candles on the cake like before, making this birthday even more painful.

She also discovered that their son Roel has started calling her "dad", a word that Shpati unfortunately did not have enough time to hear, as God had another fate in store for him.

"Today is your day. You are not far away, you are just in another form: our guardian angel. Every blessing that comes to us, every beautiful thing that happens to us, I feel as a sign from you.
