Everyone knows that excessive consumption of sugar is harmful to health. But there is a measure that does not harm the body. Scientists listed the most widespread consumption diseases for a person.

· Cardiovascular problems: Excessive sugar consumption can increase blood cholesterol levels, which increases the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease and stroke.

How much sugar can you eat per day?
Scientists from China and the USA came up with the idea to calculate the exact daily and weekly amount of sugar. As a basis for the study, they took WHO recommendations, namely reducing sugar consumption to 10% of daily energy consumption.
They studied all the shortcomings of this recommendation and wrote their own, more reliable and scientifically based. A total of 73 meta-analyses were performed. Of these, 63 are observational and 6 are random. Subsequently, 8601 articles and more than 80 results of previously conducted experiments were studied.
